A Strong Structure for a Deliberate Product Reveal
A rigid box is built from dense board that is formed and wrapped rather than supplied flat like a folding carton. The construction creates a substantial feel and gives artwork, specialty papers and decorative finishes a stable presentation surface.
The right result depends on more than appearance. Board thickness, lid clearance, wrapped edges, hinge or closure behaviour, insert fit and packing method must work together. Huizhi reviews these elements as one production specification so the approved concept can move into repeatable manufacture.

Build the Specification Around the Product
Options are reviewed as one connected production system. Final materials, dimensions and processes are confirmed only after the complete brief is assessed.
Structure options
Lift-off lid, book-style, dual-opening, shoulder-and-neck and other rigid formats can be evaluated from the product and opening experience. Magnetic or drawer structures are reviewed as separate specifications.
Board and wrap
Greyboard or another rigid base is selected with a printed, specialty or textured paper wrap. Final grade, thickness and surface are confirmed after the size and construction are reviewed.
Printing and decoration
CMYK or spot-colour artwork can be coordinated with foil stamping, embossing or debossing, spot UV, lamination and specialty papers where suitable for the design.
Insert planning
Paperboard, corrugated, moulded-pulp, foam or other insert routes can be assessed around the product, presentation and transit requirements. Material suitability is confirmed per project.
Custom dimensions
Internal fit begins with the product dimensions, orientation, accessories and desired clearance. Outer size is then developed from the board, wrap and insert construction.
Packing review
The quotation can include inner packing, master-carton and delivery requirements so the presentation box is considered as part of the complete packing route.

Rigid packaging should be validated before volume production. The exact route depends on the structure and finish, but every project is moved through controlled specification handovers.

KBA Rapida 142 sheet-fed offset printing supports paper and paperboard production before conversion and finishing.

Can the rigid box be made to my product size?
Yes. Please send the product dimensions, weight, orientation and any accessories. The internal fit and outer dimensions are developed after the board and insert route are selected.
Which closure structures can be evaluated?
Lift-off lid, book-style, dual-opening, shoulder-and-neck, magnetic closure and drawer-style formats can be reviewed. The recommended route depends on the desired opening experience and production specification.
Can Huizhi develop an insert around my product?
Insert planning can be included. We need the product dimensions or sample, required presentation, accessories and delivery conditions before recommending an insert material or layout.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
Both are project-specific. Structure, size, material, print, finish, insert, quantity and approval route are reviewed before MOQ and timing are confirmed.
What should I send for a quotation?
Send product dimensions, target quantity, destination, desired box style, artwork or references, finish preferences and target timeline. Product photos or a physical sample can also help clarify fit.
